Willa is priced per event, and you pay once. There's no subscription. Every event starts on the Free plan, and you can upgrade it whenever you need guest texting, more guests, or more announcements.

Free is a good way to try Willa, or for small gatherings. Guests use the web chat. Texting isn't included.
Essential adds guest texting and a dedicated Willa number for your event. You can also import details from your wedding website.
Signature is built for weddings, destination weekends, and larger events. It adds guest groups, so you can share details with specific guests and send announcements to just the groups who need them. Willa also collects guests' unanswered questions and drafts suggested answers for you to review.
Concierge is for planners, venues, and organizations managing multiple events, with team access and unlimited guests and announcements. Pricing is tailored, so contact us to set it up.
Upgrade an event
- Open the event and select Upgrade at the top of the page.
- Choose Essential or Signature.
- Pay securely through Stripe.
Your plan updates within a moment of payment. If you upgrade to texting, Willa reserves and connects your event's dedicated number, which appears on the upgrade page and at the top of your event pages once it's ready.
If you're already on Essential and move to Signature, you only pay the difference.
Who can pay
The event owner upgrades the event. Event admins can help manage the event, but can't change its plan.
What happens when you hit a limit
Willa lets you know when an event reaches its plan's guest or announcement limit, and offers an upgrade. Your existing guests, information, and announcements aren't affected.

Account questions
Your name and sign-in email are on your Account settings page. To delete your account, request it from the same page. Willa emails you a confirmation link, and nothing is removed until you use it. Deleting your account permanently removes the events you own on your own. If you share an organization with others, contact support first so ownership can be transferred safely.
